The worst morning of the season

Every grower knows the morning: the bus arrives, twenty new pickers step off, and somewhere between the driveway and the first row each of them needs an employment agreement signed, identity and right-to-work documents sighted, bank and tax details collected, and a safety induction acknowledged. On paper, that is a clipboard queue that eats half a day of picking light.

The agreement becomes a link

With AgCore, the farm sends each worker a link before the bus leaves town. The agreement is the farm's document, between the farm and the worker — AgCore carries it, and is never a party to it. The templates are lawyer-reviewed starting points that the farm adopts and can change; they are not legal advice, and your own adviser should look over what you use.

What lands on the farm's record

By the time the bus pulls in, the farm's side shows who has finished, who is half-way, and whose documents need a second look. Worker profiles, right-to-work records and the signed agreements live on the same record as the rosters and timesheets those workers appear on an hour later.

For crews on Working Holiday visas, the shift records that accumulate afterwards double as the evidence trail both sides need for the 88-day count — kept as records both the farm and the worker can show, rather than a spreadsheet argument in November.

Built for both sides of the handshake

Workers keep their own copies — the agreement they signed and their documents, in their own account, which stays theirs after the season ends. Onboarding is the first thing a worker ever experiences of your farm; it should not be a queue at a folding table.
