Farm software should give growers their evenings back. It should make the paperwork lighter. Yet every season there are more systems to update.
By building one record for the farm, and one app for its workers, we can fix that.
We think a farm should run from one record. The roster, the timesheets, the piece rates, the maps and the paperwork belong together, because on the farm they were never separate. When the record is one thing, the evening’s data entry stops being a second job.
A grower today runs five systems that do not talk — one for maps, one for rosters, one for time, one for pay, one for the records. Every one of them is fed by hand, and none of them agrees with the others by Friday. We are building for every farm that is tired of retyping its own season.
The names say the split. AgCore is the employer’s operating core — the record the farm runs on. MyFarmJob is the other side: the app a seasonal worker uses to find work, sign the farm’s agreement and keep their own documents. Two brands, one record, because a farm and its crew see the same season from different ends.
