There is one plan
Farm software pricing usually means a tier table: the map on one tier, the timesheets on another, the export on "Enterprise — contact us." We are not doing that. AgCore has one plan, and every account gets everything.
The numbers, in full: $59 a month for your first organisation, $29 a month for each additional organisation, and $9 a month per active worker. Prices exclude GST.
You pay for workers who work
An active worker is someone who records time in that calendar month — and each person is counted once across all of an account's organisations, even if they work for two of your entities in the same month. A picker who worked March but not April costs $9 in March and nothing in April. Your bill breathes with the season, the way a farm actually staffs.
Workers never pay anything. MyFarmJob is free for them, always.
The first 60 days are free
Sixty days is long enough to draw the maps, sign a crew and confirm real pay runs through a harvest peak — not a demo with sample data, your actual season. No card up front. If it is not for you, your data exports in full and you walk away owing nothing.
No lock-in, on purpose
Month to month, no minimum term, and the farm owns its business data — full export, stated in the contract and honoured in the product. Software that locks the gate behind you has stopped competing on being good.
